MICHAEL TROTTER
President
With almost 25 years in the Colorado commercial roofing industry, Trotter has the responsibility of overseeing operations and sales for Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC. As an active estimator and project manager, he has a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry in new construction, re-roofing, and in the service department. He is driven by the fact that over 70% of the company’s customers are repeat or referral. Trotter has served on the Boards of Western States Contractors Association, Colorado Roofing Association, and United Way of Weld County. He has strong business development skills having completed management and business training through the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, Illinois and having earned a degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado.
KENT NELSON
Vice President
Kent is Vice President of Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC and has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. He holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Kent’s background includes estimating, project management and design services for many new construction projects throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Kent specializes in commercial new construction projects including built up and single ply roofing systems. Kent is an avid supporter of Colorado State University Athletics, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, golfing, hunting and skiing.
RYAN LAUER
Project Manager/Estimator
Ryan has over 19 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, 11 years in commercial roofing, and holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Ryan brings to us great skills learned while working as a general contractor on projects of varying sizes. He is OSHA 30-hour certified and has made safety a way of life. Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son and two daughters. He also enjoys participating in both indoor and outdoor sports, coaching and being involved in his children’s extracurricular activities, and living life to its fullest potential.
CHARLES TROTTER
Project Manager/Estimator
Charles started working in the roofing industry when he was 16 and has previously worked within the company on a roofing crew, in the service department, and as a warehouse delivery driver. Charles is a Greeley native and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, attending sports events and concerts, and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
HUNTER HEINDSELMAN
Project Engineer/Estimator
Hunter (a.k.a. “Hoove”) started working for Front Range Roofing when he was 19 years old as a warehouse delivery driver, then proceeded to intern for a year and a half and now works full time at Front Range Roofing as a Project Engineer/Estimator. Hunter is a Greeley native and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Wyoming. He enjoys hanging out with friends & family, the outdoors, and living life to the fullest potential.

ANDY CASAREZ
Superintendent
Andy Casarez is Superintendent at Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC. Andy brings over 30 years of roofing experience including 10 years of experience as a superintendent. He worked as a foreman in the field for over 20 years pushing crews. Andy is 30-hour OSHA trained as well as an authorized CERTA Trainer. Andy works onsite with general contractors on every job from start to finish and oversees all phases of each project utilizing his experience with quality control and safety. Andy is a Vietnam War veteran. He enjoys fishing, camping, music, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Saul Vargas
Flat Operations Field Superintendent
Saul has been a Greeley resident and in the roofing industry for over 30 years. He was selected as the Flat Operations Field Superintendent, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Foreman, the majority of which were for Front Range Roofing. He is certified in forklift, rigging, fall protection, and OSHA 10 and has vast experience in built up and single ply roof systems. When Saul is out of the office, he enjoys fishing, going to the movies with his family, and being a passionate soccer fan.
HUNTER BANCROFT
Roofing Shop Supervisor
Hunter, a Greeley native, started his career in roofing in 2018 as a driver, then mechanic and now serves as the Shop Supervisor for Front Range Roofing. He oversees the transportation of materials and supplies to service our crews in the field as well as specializes in maintenance and repair for all building, fleet, and shop equipment. Hunter spends his spare time hiking, hanging with friends, and working on home projects.
KEVIN HAASE
Safety Director
Kevin joined the Front Range team as the Safety Director in 2022. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, an OSHA outreach instructor, and an American Red Cross CPR / First Aid instructor. His passion for employee safety and safety education has been cultivated throughout his career in multiple industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, and construction. Once a professional carpenter, Kevin now enjoys wood working as an artistic hobby, creating and selling three dimensional sculptures in collaboration with his wife, Meghann. Along with their two wonderful children, they enjoy camping, music, summer festivals, and games.

NICK COUFAL
Sheet Metal Project Manager/Estimator
Nick’s experience in the commercial roofing industry is managing the architectural sheet metal division. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. At Front Range Roofing, he specializes is in estimating and managing the design and installation of exterior wall systems, single skin metal roofing, wall and soffit panels, as well as aluminum composite panels. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending with his family, golfing and supporting Colorado sports teams.
NICK HANEY
Sheet Metal Project Manager/Estimator
Front Range Roofing welcomed Nick Haney to the Sheet Metal Department in 2023. Starting in 1995, his dedication is evident in his climb from the field to Superintendent, then to Project Manager & Estimator. Throughout his career, Nick obtained certifications in welding, weather-tight systems, and OSHA 30. He spends his time appreciating art, the outdoors, and time with his family.
JOE RIVERS
Sheet Metal Shop Supervisor
Joe brings over 35 years of experience to Front Range Roofing. As the Sheet Metal Shop Supervisor, he directs the fabrication and fulfillment of all needed Sheet Metal for projects in the field. Daily operations for Joe include overseeing 3 employees, project completion, inventory, and delegation of duties. When he’s not bringing a smile to everyone’s face, he’s enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family.
TIM BALDWIN
Sheet Metal Superintendent
Tim is a Sheet Metal Superintendent at Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC. He has been in the sheet metal industry for 25+ years and has been part of both large projects and smaller intricate repair projects. After joining the company in 2016, he has been a superintendent dedicated to project safety, coordination, scheduling, customer service, and production goals, as well as the overall wellbeing of the manpower. Tim is OSHA trained in 10hr, rigging, fall protection, forklift, lift, and boom operation. Tim likes to hunt, fish, and take care of his family.
JEREMY JONES
Sheet Metal Superintendent
Jeremy is a Sheet Metal Superintendent at Front Range Roofing System, LLC. He has been in the sheet metal industry for 20 years. Of those 20 years, he has spent 15 in the field installing on a wide range of projects from residential to large commercial. For the last 5 years, Jeremy has been a superintendent dedicated to project safety, coordination, scheduling, customer service, and production goals, and the overall wellbeing of the manpower. Jeremy is OSHA trained in 30hr, 10hr, rigging, fall protection, forklift, Lift, and boom operation. He and his family enjoy hunting and fishing, working on their ranch, and caring for animals.

KANDRA VILLANI
HR & Project Accounting Manager
Kandra Villani came to Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC in October of 2002 with a construction background that included working for a supplier, then a General Contractor. She operates as the company’s HR & Project Accounting Manager. A jack of all trades, she has worked in a variety of other roles throughout her time at Front Range Roofing including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She lives in Frederick, CO with her husband, Tony, and son Joseph. Her daughter Antonia is in Nebraska getting her nursing degree and is also a former employee of Front Range Roofing System, LLC. Her family loves following the sports the kids are involved including Baseball, softball, football, and rodeo.
ALEXANDRA HOLLEN
Project & Process Manager
Alex is a Florida native who graduated with degrees in Economics and Business from Florida State University. Starting as the Executive Assistant in 2018, she is now the Project & Process Manager for Front Range Roofing. Alex works with the Project Managers on the job process from start to finish and runs several behind-the-scenes operations such as Accounts Receivables, OSHA Recording, and Fleet & Driver Maintenance. In her free time, she enjoys Colorado as much as she can by hiking, skiing, and camping with her friends.
MARIA GARCIA
Payroll Specialist & Accounting Analyst
Maria Garcia was born and raised in Greeley, CO. She is married and has two beautiful daughters, 6 and 2 years old. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Finance degree and currently serves Front Range Roofing as the Payroll Specialist & Accounting Analyst. During her short time at Front Range Roofing, she has been able to assist the company in finding efficiencies and develop process improvement projects in order to continue making the company successful. Previous to Front Range Roofing, Maria worked at BNP Paribas as an Assistant Vice President where she had the opportunity to help with the accounting functions of mutual funds, derivatives, and futures. Maria’s diverse background has allowed her to see the big picture but also has allowed her to focus on the business details that will help a company become more efficient. Maria loves the outdoors and staying active. She enjoys her time off with her family, traveling, hiking and exploring new places throughout Colorado.
ABBIE ERIN HEFFERING
Operations Coordinator
Abbie was born and raised in a small town just outside of Toronto, Ontario. She moved to Denver, CO to start building her work experience. In just four years, she climbed the ladder at a distinguished Country Club from Support Staff to Managing Director. Front Range Roofing is lucky to have her management skillset and competitive nature as an addition to the team. She primarily handles Smartsheet Integration, project setup, sheet metal coordination, incident management, and workers compensation. When Abbie isn’t working, you can always find her in the mountains—skiing, off-roading, and exploring new towns, national parks, and hikes with her rescue pup, Garth Brooks.
LANETTE LIEUALLEN
Internal Projects Coordinator & Service Administrator
A Colorado native, Lanette brings a strong clerical and accounting background to Front Range Roofing Systems. She dabbles in multiple facets of the company, including Fleet and Employee Data Recording, Company Safety Training Organization, and more. Lanette also serves as the Service Team Administrator so if you have a leak, you’ll most likely be greeted by her on the phone and she will get one of our teams out there as soon as possible. Bringing an array of background knowledge such as Nursing certifications and knowledge of heavy equipment from working in the Oil Industry, she serves Front Range as an important jack of all trades. Lanette enjoys the mountain sunshine, fishing, and advocating for U.S. Veterans.
