Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC was deemed low responsive and responsible bidder by Weld County, Colorado to complete the re-roof of their Motor Pool Complex.
This job consisted of removing 14,200 SF of ballasted EPDM membrane and installing a roofing hard-board over the existing insulation and applying fully-adhered .060 EPDM. The membrane and rock were re-used by Weld County in their operations, thus saving room in the local landfill and allowing the county to save additional purchases of rock that might be needed in the future. The county’s requirement of a 20-Year roof was easily met with this installation and the expertise of the Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC installers. The job was awarded a “Perfect 10” from Carlilse-Syntec for installation, and was added to the more than 500 “Perfect 10” installations Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC has achieved.
